Bionutrient Crop Production Course

A two-session, day-long course on Bionutrient Crop Production for farmers and serious gardeners will be presented by Dan Kittredge, Director of the Real Food Campaign at Montpelier City Hall on Mondays, November 14 and March 5, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. The cost is $150 and includes a comprehensive course handbook and monthly e-newsletters. Substantial financial aid is available through a grant from the Lattner Foundation, and those wishing to apply should contact Douglas Williams. Food Works at Two Rivers Center was founded in 1987 to address the root causes of childhood hunger by returning students and their communities back to the land through hands-on food and gardening educational opportunities.

Today, Food Works at Two Rivers Center has emerged as central Vermont’s hands-on food and agricultural education center working to strengthen local food systems and empower children, families, and seniors to grow, prepare, eat and preserve their own foods.
